End-to-End: To provide not only the technical aspect, but to supply the actual phone/internet service from its origination to the final destination. i.e. Supplying the service completely to the desktop.

Benefits: Providing the client only one vendor with the expertise to handle all communications related services, allowing a lower total cost.  Typically, a client will hire a phone vendor, LAN vendor, and have a service provider. Each one of these vendors charge the customer their normal hourly rate. 303 Technologies is already on-site activating the new phone/internet services. We can do all phone and data connections needed, and anything else you need done, all at one charge instead of multiple invoices. This saves you, the client, money!

Let's be honest. The biggest downfall for most companies is lack of customer service. Sure, the products may be great and the initial installation may of went smooth. But, in most cases getting a few things changed here and there can be more worrisome and time consuming than the install itself. We promise to be there in a very reasonable amount of time to provide a solution to fix your problem. We understand the urgency to provide you with peace of mind, as we all have been in similar situations in the past. Customer Service shouldn't have to be a "bonus".
